Description
Warm, fat, smooth Class A.
Musiqual Blue delivers a vivid Class A flavour, reminiscent of the warm, fat and smooth sound of classic audio gear. Like the fast Class A pre-amps, it tends to bring sounds forward in the perceived depth of field.
Why Musiqual Blue
- 16 key Class A frequencies: each band has its own Colour algorithm, for musical, Class A-flavoured equalisation
- Class A harmonics: recreates the asymmetrical clipping of an overdriven Class A circuit, with easy control of the amount
- Matched compression: a compressor tuned to the Class A character, with fixed attack and release for easy control
The Musiqual series
Each Musiqual unit combines a single-band EQ with carefully tuned frequency bands, a harmonic distortion stage and a compressor, recreating the sound of classic analogue gear: Red for Tube, Green for Transistor and Blue for Class A. Get all three, plus the SUPER series, in the Musiqual SUPER Bundle.
