1. Who we are

By using this website or buying from us you agree to these terms. If you buy as a consumer, nothing in these terms takes away the rights the law of your country gives you.
2. Products
We sell audio software plugins (AAX, AU and VST3) for macOS and Windows. Product pages list the formats, system requirements and what each plugin does. Please check them, and try the free 14-day trial, before you buy. We may change products, prices and offers at any time; this does not affect orders already placed.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euro. For buyers in the European Union, VAT is added at checkout based on your country; buyers outside the EU pay no EU VAT. You pay by card (processed by Stripe through WooPayments) or by PayPal. We never see or store your full card details. A receipt is issued for every order and reported to the Greek tax authority (myDATA) as the law requires.
4. Delivery
Everything we sell is digital. After payment you receive an order email with your iLok activation code, and the code also appears on the order page and in your account. Installers are on our Downloads page and on each product page. Nothing is shipped.
5. Your licence
When you buy a plugin you get a licence to use it, not ownership of the software. Unless the product page says otherwise:
- The licence is non-exclusive and permanent, and covers the version you bought plus free updates of that version.
- Each licence is activated through PACE iLok (on your computer, in iLok Cloud or on an iLok USB key) and allows 2 activations at a time. You can move it between your own computers and iLok devices with iLok License Manager.
- You may use the plugins for personal and commercial music, audio and video work. Your productions are yours.
- You may not copy, share or rent the licence or the software. You may transfer a licence to another person through iLok's licence transfer. We do not block or charge for transfers; iLok's own terms and any fee it charges apply. Once transferred, you must stop using it and these terms apply to the new owner.
- You may not reverse engineer, modify, crack or remove the copy protection of the software, or help anyone else do so.
- If you break these rules, or if you receive a refund, we may deactivate the licence.
- Your use of the software is also governed by our End-User License Agreement.
6. Refunds
You can ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase, without giving a reason, as described in our Refund and Returns Policy. When a refund is made, the licence for the refunded product is deactivated.
7. Dealer purchases
Our products are also sold by authorised dealers through our exclusive distributor, Plugivery. If you bought from a dealer, redeem your code at my.plugivery.com/redeem. Payments, refunds and invoices for dealer purchases are handled by the dealer under their own terms.
8. Your account
You can create an account to see your orders and activation codes. Keep your login details safe; you are responsible for what is done with your account. We may suspend an account that is used to break these terms.
9. Website content
All content on this website, including text, images, product names, graphics and software, belongs to MIA LABORATORIES OE or its licensors. You may not reuse it without our permission. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
10. Liability
We build and test our plugins carefully, but software can have bugs and we cannot promise it will work on every system. Please keep backups of your projects. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss such as lost data, lost income or lost work, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version shown on this page on the date of your order applies to that order.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Greek law. If there is a problem, please contact us first at [email protected]; most issues are solved quickly. Consumers may also bring a claim in the courts of the country where they live.
