Born behind the console
MIA Laboratories is an audio company from Athens, Greece. Our founder has spent nearly four decades mixing and producing records on real hardware, and wanted software that reacts the same way: a tube warming up, an opto relaxing, tape giving way under pressure.
That idea became MIA Laboratories: a small team of engineers and developers who build every plugin around how it sounds in a real mix.
