30-day refund
You can cancel any order placed on mialaboratories.com within 30 days of purchase, without giving a reason.
How to ask
Email [email protected] with your order number.
What happens next
We deactivate the licence for the refunded product and refund you within 14 days of your request, using the payment method you used for the order. You pay no fees for the refund.
Dealer purchases
If you bought from a dealer, refunds follow the dealer’s own policy. Please contact the dealer.
