If you buy through a dealer, the dealer and our distributor Plugivery handle your purchase under their own privacy policies.

4. Transfers outside the EU

Some of these services are based in the USA. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, it is protected by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. How long we keep data

  • Order, receipt and payment records: for as long as Greek tax and accounting law requires.
  • Your account: until you ask us to delete it, except records we must keep by law.
  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe (every email has a link).
  • Support emails: up to 3 years after the last contact.
  • Analytics data: up to 14 months.
  • Security logs: for a short period, as needed to protect the site.

6. Cookies

We use cookies that the site needs to work (cart, checkout, login, security) and, only if you accept them, analytics cookies. Our cookie banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies, and you can change your choice at any time from the cookie settings link on the site.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to:

  • give you a copy of your data, or send it to another service
  • correct or delete your data
  • restrict or object to how we use it
  • withdraw your consent at any time (for the newsletter or analytics), without affecting what was done before

8. Security

The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), a firewall and login protection. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe and PayPal.

Our shop is not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
